We accept valid credit and debit cards. Cash on delivery is available in Egypt for eligible orders.

If your order hasn’t been confirmed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible via email or social media. Once confirmed, changes may not be possible.

Products & Samples

Yes! Every full-size order comes with a 3ml sample so you can test the scent before unsealing the main bottle.

As long as the main bottle remains unopened and the product is in original condition, you can return it within 14 days.

A: Absolutely. We strive for accuracy, but minor differences in color may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders within Egypt are typically delivered within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Direct international shipping is not available at the moment. However, you can arrange delivery through a third-party shipping company in Egypt.

Yes, you’ll receive communication via phone or WhatsApp, and email updates. Orders will only be dispatched once confirmed.

If the courier can’t reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be canceled. Make sure your contact information is accurate and available.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. The 3ml sample does not need to be returned.

Fill out the return form or email us at info@auramis.com. We’ll get back to you with instructions. Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.

The best way is to return the original product (if eligible), then place a new order for your preferred scent.
