Order Review
Before placing your order, kindly ensure the following:
- Fragrance selection is correct and final.
- Delivery details are complete and accurate to avoid delays.
Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days.
- Weekends and public holidays are excluded from processing times.
- If the shipping provider cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled.
Shipping Communication
- You will be contacted via the phone number and Email provided—please ensure they are active.
- Orders will only be dispatched once confirmed.
- For smoother communication, we recommend enabling WhatsApp on your contact number.
Delivery Address
To guarantee timely delivery, please enter a full and accurate address, including:
City – District – Street – Building Number – Floor – Unit – Nearby Landmark.
The courier may request your live location via WhatsApp if needed.
Cash on Delivery (if applicable)
- Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery.
- Payments must be made in cash only; Auramis is not liable for any transfers made via mobile wallets or bank apps.
Multiple Orders
- For combining multiple orders into one shipment, kindly contact us prior to shipping.
- Separate orders may incur separate shipping charges.
Receiving Your Package
- All orders are carefully sealed for your protection.
- Do not accept any package that appears tampered with or unsealed—contact us immediately.
- Once accepted, we cannot process claims related to product condition if the packaging was compromised.
- Please open your order after the courier has left.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer direct international shipping.
- You may arrange international delivery through a third-party courier in Egypt by entering their address during checkout.
- Once handed over, responsibility for international delivery lies with your chosen courier.
