At Auramis, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help with a straightforward and flexible return and exchange process.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in their original condition
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
- The 3 ml sample does not need to be returned when exchanging or returning.
* Note: Opened or unsealed bottles cannot be returned, unless the product is damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please fill out this e-form, or email us at returns@auramiseg.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Need something else? The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
Note: Every order comes with a 3ml sample, so you can try the scent before opening the full-size bottle.. No surprises, just pure vibes.
